For the past 12 years, I have worked clinically in NHS weight management programmes across Cumbria in the UK, helping hundreds of people make and maintain sustainable lifestyle changes, and improve their health.

As a Nutritionist working within the NHS for 12 years, Sarah has worked with thousands of clients, enabling and encouraging healthy and long lasting changes to thier health.

In addition to being a registered Nutritionist; ANutr, Sarah is also an experiences and highly skilled holistic and complementary therapist. We offer both remedical and holistic treatments; Swedish massge, Reiki, sound therapy, Indian head massage and meditation.

We also facilitate transformative residential and day retreats in the Lake District and Cumbria!

We deliver various holistic health and wellness courses in-person and online. We also hold regular in-person 1 and 3 day retreats in Cumbria and The Lake District, UK.
