Hi, I'm Sarah. I’m a Registered Associate Nutritionist with nearly 14 years of experience in nutrition and weight management, including work within the NHS. I'm a certifed NLP Practioner and Mindset Coach.

My coaching combines evidence-based nutrition guidance with mindset coaching, NLP, and Time Line Therapy® to help you break free from limiting beliefs, build lasting habits, and develop a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and yourself.

Why The Wellbeing Nutritionist?

I’m driven by a deep passion for helping people discover their true potential for health and wellbeing. I believe that every individual is unique, which is why I take a personalised approach.

I am a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, registered with the ANLP, and a registered Associate BSc Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition. As a skilled Holistic Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher, registered with the FHT, I bring a unique blend of practical knowledge and intuitive, healing therapies. I practice regular Mindfulness and I'm a certified Meditation Teacher. I am also qualified in Swedish massage, Indian head massage, holisitc facials, sound healing and hypnosis.
