To alleviate tired or restless legs, Swedish massage techniques and long strokes are applied to enhance circulation and relieve tension in the legs. The treatment is concluded with a soothing and indulgent foot massage.
Full Body Massage 60mins - £40
Applying Swedish Massage techniques to promote relaxation, serenity, and tranquility, enabling you to release muscle tension. This full-body massage aims to provide complete indulgence from head to toe. Please note this treatment is for women only.
Private 1:1 Sound Healing Experience 90mins - £55
A personalised private sound healing indulgent experience! This treatment begins with tailored guided meditation, which aims to allow you to let go of unwanted thoughts or repetitive behaviours on mental, physical, or emotional levels. Following the meditation, various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, the gong, tubular Zephir chimes, tongue drums and Shamanic drums are used over and around you as you relax into the healing vibrations of the instruments. Following the treatment, we will share our thoughts over a tea or mug of ceremonial cacao, and you will be offered the chance to pull an Oracle card and a breif reading.

Have you ever wanted to learn Reiki? We teach small-group face-to-face Reiki courses in Cumbria, UK . All courses are delivered with passion and attention to detail, ensuring that every student is treated as a unique individual.
Learn Reiki with us
We teach all levels of Reiki in a tranquil and relaxing setting in Cumbria.
Anyone can learn how to use Reiki, and all our courses involve both practical and therory learning. Alongside this, we perform either 4, 2, or 1 (depending on the level of Reiki you are learning) sacred individual attunements for each student.
